Humid. in veg & flower state?

What should the humidity be while vegging and what should it be when flowering? and temp.... i have between 74-78 temp 57 humid. just placed into soil today.

thats fine, this is what i go by.

50-70 veg
40-60 flower

never had a problem yet, any higher RH than that and transpiration starts slowing, that slows growth. GL

transpiration, imo, is the key and true secret to growing, understand how this works in conjuction with the other factors(ph,nutes,temps,co2,ect...) is the enlightenment i was looking for. again, jmo.

i got a small set up with a few clones under some cfls. just a small grow box. starting to veg soon.
