Leaves like swiss cheese....halp?

My leaves have HOLES!!!

Guys quick question. Does anyone have any idea why my plants leaves are growing in like this? There seems to be random holes and some spots seemingly tears on the edge of the plant...some of this could very well be do to rough handling but the rest looks like bugs though I am pretty sure it isn't. Here is the picture, sorry about the yellow/orange hue from the hps I tried to correct for it.

Could be just genetics as we have grown a few like that in the past. I would check for bugs though just in case.

I would have to say genetics aswell. She looks fine other then that.
