I started with a 1000 watt BIG OLD SKOOL hps ballast with a hood in a 4x5 attached outdoor closet. Over the last few years I have grown a little. This is my latest addition. I am adding a veg/clone space and installing some new equipment.:D

First, the frame up! The space is 4'x16', identical to the space behind it.
Second, installing equipment.

I hope those pictures explain themselves, but just in case here is some info. The four Next gen ballast are powering some new lights in the flower area.
I put a air exchange in at each end of the room, their are inline fans moving the air in a big circle from flower room to veg room and back.
I bought a new heater core and positioned it in front of the flower room intake. I use a 800 gph submersible pump inside my 55 gallon reservoir to push water through the heater core then through the chiller and back to the reservoir. The air being drawn through this is cooled by 15 to 20 degrees.

So the last pics were of my two spaces up and going. HOORAY.

Have you thought out how you are going to block light 100% at each air exchanger?. If not you may run into a light leak on both ends of your rooms. Causing you all kinds of problems.

I am running four 600's in my flower area 2 halide 2 hps, in my veg area is a 1000 watt hps on a mover over my vegging girls and t5's over the freshly transplanted through the four week olds. I clone with ambient light.

That's cool Sinister Nice and simple that works for me thanks.

i think you need an S turn at least to keep all light out...
