Light Dilemma

So far , so good. Got a dozen clones, 11 Sour D, and MKush. I have been growing in a 20 square foot room, but only utilizing approx 8 sq. ft. suing a 400w MH. I have plans on utilizing about 12-15 sq ft of the the room during peak usage(pre harvest). I am about to purchase my digital ballast for my HPS light, and cannot decide between 600watts and 1000watts for my room. I hav e done the math, and the lumen numbers come close. I will save a lot of electricity, and heat buildup, but will be a liitle shy (6000 lum per sq ft) under the 6oo watt HPS. Looking for advice......

Get 20 CFL's and save your self the electric bill all together lol.

are you going to use the MH with the HPS? if so id say the 600w. those suckers are hot at 1000w.

If you have a way to deal with the heat get the 1000 watt.
