lil white bugs in my soil and run off water

i have bugs in my soil tiny white bugs i see them running jumping all over my pots. i think my soil in the bag sitting in the garage in a rubber maid tub is infected wit them i just got a sfv og kush clone and planted in the soil late night waited 24 hours to water and saw the lil EDIT in my run off water popping on top of the water can anyone tell me what they are and how to get rid of them i kno about letting the soil not stay so wet but i want to give all my plant a fighting chance cuz there are a EDIT load of them please help
