what r these,, LSD N HSD ??? read the list U suggested to use when growing, n saw these 2 on the bottom,,, just wondering what they r ??

also where do I start my grow journal ??

believe you mean LST and HST, that would mean Low Stress Training and High Stress Training, there is a sticky thread in the indoor growing section called Low stress training. high stress training, give that a read through, as for where to start your grow journal there is a section for that, called Grow Journals

stuff like topping or FIMing and even cuttings for clones is all technially high stress training, your making the plant grow differently by actually cutting the plant, low stress is like super cropping, or bending, using string or pipecleaners to tie the branches/top down for even growth, scrogg. not actually cutting into the plant to cause it to grow where you want it to...
