Manafacturing MJ laws in Florida

Hey everyone.. I always check out in my area who's being arrested online ( booking blotter) and I kind of justified me growing a few plants by one local case in which a man and his family were robbed in a home burglery where they took jewlery . video games ect.. when the police went into the mans garage they discovered mj plants and arrested him. His bail was 3k pretty low for a felony and he received 2 years drug offender probation.. Now recently this other man got arrested and I cannot find the artical but he is charged with 8 COUNTS of manafacturing MJ with 3k on each charge. I am wondering can they charge you for each plants one charge of manafacturing or cultivation? Thanks everyone. Hero ( PS according to the normal website in Florida it is the same up to 25 plants I beleive but they dont say anything about multiple counts)

From July 1, 2008 a new law went into effect in Florida called the Marijuana Grow House Eradication Act. The new law makes it a second-degree felony to grow 25 or more plants, targeting for-profit growers who exploit Florida’s previous threshold of 300 plants. The law will also make it a third-degree felony to own a house for the purpose of cultivating, packaging and distributing marijuana and a first-degree felony to grow 25 or more plants in a home with children present.

Do you know I have called several chapters of NORMAL here in Florida and no one can give me an answer to this question. I tore down 6 great plants in my closet.. call me paranoid or not.. I cannot afford to be charged with multiple counts of manafacturing MJ.. I would go to prison.. I could and would deal with one count and it would cost me thousands but I am to the point of going into the local sherrifs dept down here and requesting to speak with a narc and find out.. can one be charged for multiple counts. 1 for each plant?

I believe there is a law that you cant be charged for the same thing twice...murder is an exception. I think its still in effect..... ???

double jepordy is always in effect and will never go away, murder is not excluded, why you think OJ even after writing a book "if i really did it" was not charged again

once your charged, go to trial, proved innocence, those charges can never be brought on you again, but civil matter can remain.

being charged with differnt charges is allowable, i think it just gives them something to bargin with in court. so like possision, cultivation, maunfacturing, all differnt terms could be used on just one plant, then plea bargined out of court too 1 or 2 charges.

I believe murder is counted per act, multiple murders bringing multiple counts, child porn is as well...I am not sure, but it seems each plant could bring a count.

You can grow anywhere as long as you very careful,, and you keep your mouth shut.
Safer then buying crap weed off the streets. I grew in Florida for a couple yrs. Loved the weather.
