My "guess" is the ones on the window sill are stretching for the weak light, your HID is providing sufficient light, therfore those "aren't" stretching. Don't mistake stretching for actual growth..

No I really wasn't worried about height etc It was the color and other stuff

How far above the seedlings is your light? temps?

Worried about color that will be a hard one to tell with out being able to see the plant got any pics of it you can get on here?

pics will come and i did move the light down it was around maybea foot and ahalf lol estimate not to sure. Tomorow I will get pics etc.. temp verys
