New Growth looking a bit twisted

My plant has some twisting on the new growth and a burnt appearence on the tips of the new growth. All other leaves are fine and show no discoloration/disfiguration. Ph is fine 6.5, nutrients every other watering @ rec strength. I'm using botanicare pureblend pro grow and am on week 3 of veg. Any tips/ideas? This only shows on 1 plant, the fastest growing one.

Pics would help a bit. Also I use Pro Blend, no way you should be up too a full dose at week three...might explain the burnt tips (nute burn).
