New Potatoes

So

I'm in the root store today, collecting amongst other things potatoes.....
Last season was quite a good crop despite blight creeping in........

Anyhows

I notice that we have quite a few eyes sprouting...............
and having never been able to grow a potato crop that lasts me 1 season till another...........
I think why not...............................
Off with them eyes
into some jiffy's
and onto a warmish bright widow sill..........

Will they grow......................:confused2:
who cares......

But if they do....................
I'll pot them on................

So we have roots and I guess I can pot them on for the 1st time..........
Grabbing some used compost, I gave it a quick riddle to catch the old roots.
Mixed in about a 1/3, by volume, Perlite and took the whole caboodle inside.
