They are lil white widows. how long do you think i should wait until i start them in the vegy phase???

They look like they are in the beginning veg state now based on your plant's leaf structure. I kept my plants in veg state for one month and ended up with plants almost 3 feet high. The height of your grow room is usually the limiting factor in lenth of vegging I guess, but it also depends on alot of other things, including how eager you are to smoke those plants. Don't forget that your plants will double or even triple during flowering so don't let them get too high unless you want trees.
