ph testor recommendation?

Hi everyone, I am looking to buy a digital ph testor and am wondering if you have any recommendations for me. I would like to stay under $50. for the meter and any solutions but can go to $100. if it is highly recommended.
Also, do you really need 2X calibration solutions, cleaning solution and storage solution for all of these meters?
