The center cola will always be the largest and most potent. This is because the plant produces a hormone that is directed at the topmost part of the plant. If you use massive LST, this isn't true. The growth hormone will go to the group of topmost buds.

All in all, the top of the plant is the most potent for that reason. If you LST all the top branches and make a bottom branch the topmost part of the plant, then *it* will be the most potent.

This of course takes time. The plant won't change it's hormone flow overnight. In two days it will, but it still takes time for the hormone to reach it's best strength.
