Reefer Madness is actually the opposite. It was used as propaganda back when it first became illegal.
Worth checking out for its historic value though. Made in 1936-37.
I was practically a wee little lad back then.

Yeah they use footage of it in almost all of mine. I rented it a while back, it was rather humorus. Which I find most of these.
