hi!
i was just wondering, is it illegal to be positive on a test (urin/blood) where you live? i'm from sweden and here the cops can test you randomly (ok, they have to have "good reasons" aka dreadlocks) and if you are positive you can get 6 months in jail. i don't think anyony actually got jail for having thc in the body, everyone i heard of got a fine, without trial.
the idea is that thc in your body is posetion. the reason that there is a possibility of jail is so that the cops can stop you in the street and take you to the station. if the offence didn't involve jailtime they wouldn't be able to do so.
very strange, but true.
