questions on an indoor grow

Well, We have been in talks with a client that can/has the potential to, fund the building,parts,soil, etc.


What is the avg yield of a large room say 6x7ft or 10x10ft
what would be needed? if I was to run a bunch of good yielders?
any strain recommendations?
pros or cons of going with hydro on something like this?
I wan't to be able to get somethign nice setup, I plan to have seperate veg area also. just something a couple 8 bulb t5's can handle side by side..
my height limit is around 10ft,..
maybe 2-3k$ budget. I'd like to see recommended products. 2-4 1k W hps and everything to go hydro.. dwc more then likey, something simple and easy!!!!

Keep it simple. 3-5 gallon pots, Pro-Mix HP medium, GH 3-part. Lumatek ballasts, 8" aircooled hoods, can fan(s) 800+ cfm.

I've gotten very good yields with Hindu Skunk. I like to hand water and mix nutrients fresh every time. Avg yield 1.5-2 lbs per light
