Raising Humidity in grow box.

I have a 1 1/2' x 2 1/2' x 4' grow box. The humidity in it stays at 26% constantly and I am not sure how to raise the humidity I tried leaving 2 large cups of water in it but it did not rasie it at all. Does any body have any help or suggestions on raising the humidity. Any help woudl be great

Lower the temperature and you should see an increase.
