Sick plants, help! Hydro problem....

I have some sick plants. After measuring all of my prermeters I checked the roots and found a thick jelly like slime on my roots. Ph 5.9 PPM 1640 Temp 51 degrees f. Light 12/12 with a 1000 watt pulser Mh.
I just have no clue.
