starting indoor grow soon

Heya, its been a while since i've bene on here. but anyways i'm soon to start an indoor grow. all previous grows of mine were outdoors.

I just got in a 150 watt MH light and a 175 HPS light.

the only question i have is, what would be the optimal size grow box to support the 175 watt hps? i'm not really sure on how many square feet that will provide. anyone have any ideas on a size grow box i can build and about how many plants it can support? thanks.

i found a grow room and design section, i don't believe it was here when i used this forum. maybe i can get some information there, thanks guys.

those lights are sufficient for "about" 3 to 4 sq ft.
