Suggestions on Strains

Getting ready to start my first grow. Based on reading this great forum and other sites I am leaning to Northern Lights for the following reasons:

short indica...potent...low odor...forgiving to the novice grower

Would appreciate any suggestions from the veteran growers on this forum based on my criteria.
