NOPE! No organs for this ol' cowboy. Tried most of 'em...liked NONE of 'em.
Even fried liver makes me gag. (It smells great when cooking with onions, though!)
Makes good fish paint cut into chunks.

Yessir. Had 3 waves come in this morning. Last one was the older does. Prolly 150lb. Gonna make good jerky.

I took my daughter out to a buddy's place once to fish. He was retired - some higher-level guy at AB - he had three ponds on probably 30 acres. Stopped and got some liver at the store, and I'll be danged if that kid didn't pull in a 9 pound catfish, like almost on the first cast!
I was holding it up, looking at its face and cooing to it "You're gonna taste so good, little buddy" or some such.
My then 15-16 year old daughter said "Dad, you're not eating my fish."
"But honey, I don't have any catfish in the freezer."
"You ARE NOT gonna eat MY catfish, DAD!"
So...well, if you have a daughter, you know the rest of the story...
