10x10 room that stays at 72-74 degrees year round i will be running dual 1ks with a 1000 cfm fan dual inlets, 1 6inch duct pulling air through the 1ks and the other is an 8 inch with a scrubber on the end of it. Think it will keep the room around 78 or so?

depends on the "make-up air" temp and how often the air exchange is timed out....
Generally its why some of us use a a/c unit to provide the air needed at some sort of regulated temp.
