What temp should i keep my seedling room at?

Hey all

I'v done it i'v started the practical part of my journey.
As i am just experimenting with some bag seeds i havent gone all out on supply's. I,v just started with what i had at home,

its about 1 sq ft (bedside cabanet)
contains 4 small pots "my babies"
and one 40 watt bulb (packet stated 1250 lumens)
current temp is at 81 F

But anyway my question is what temp should i aim for with my seedling space?

70 - 80 F is fine.
