whats is the best indica

hey guys what would be the best indica dom plant from the attidude..something good for mainly sleep......and good relaxation..im interested in the LSD from barneys farm...any one no of a good strain from that site

I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know that anyone of the Indica varieties that give a nice body stone should be effective. Personally, if I wanted one for sleep, I'd choose one that was mainly indica, if not 100% Indica, and let about 30% or so of those trichs to turn amber before harvesting.

Someone else here should be able to give you more specific advice.

Melatonin and Valerian root, if not used everyday seem to work for me. Don't take too much, though, for you just might experience head-in-butt syndrome the next day.
