can anybody tell me how far do the lights be from the plants i have a 400hps and a 400mh both on 18/6

i would like to no how many leaves need to be on the plants before you sex them and after i sex do i need to go back to 18/6

i have a fan in their the lights are about 1 and half from the plants 3feet wide and 5 feet long and 8 feet high it a closet i also have a 400 hps can i grow with both at the same time

next size bigger then the little cups

they are growing kind of slow thin and long just got some bio grow and bloom hope it works just learning

no i dont have a cam they are about 8days old i got some under a 400 mh are they to young
