Okay I took more pics of white hairs I found. I know they look kind of green on the pic, but they are white when you just look at them.

It probably depends of people's setup and how many plants they have, but I only have five plants so I rotate them everyday. Some spots get better light than others, so I try to let them all have a chance in the best spot.

Well, I'm a noob so I don't know if I'm looking at the right thing, but it could be a white hair!!!! I hope so.:D

I finally got the mylar in the mail today, so I replaced all of the af and it looks much better...less noisy too with the fan. Got my pH meter too, and lowered the pH of my water to 6.5...which took three tries because apparently it takes only like four drops of pH down to take my 3 gallon water...

My (hopefully) ladies turned the big 3-0 today, and I bought them a HPS conversion bulb. I think they'll love it:D . On a more serious note, how long do people usually veg before going to 12/12? Here are some pics of them, still looking very happy in their FFOF soil without having recieved any...

From what I read it seems like you found a 400W bulb and ballast in your garage, and if it's a 400W ballast I'm pretty sure you can't use a 1000W bulb. It will cause premature failure.

Pcduck, thanks for clarifying what a ppm meter does. I don't think I will be getting one, I'll just stick to the half strenght nutes...

All the plants are doing really well today, they look especailly happy and perky. Just took some pics of the inner nodes that are really starting to grow now, and one close up of the top of a plant. All I can do is :watchplant: :D .

Thanks for the great comments guys! I'm really excited to see if I get any fems. I feel like I just got five babies...at least that is how I am treating them. My wife is getting jelous I think!:D
