Honestly not sure why its called that, but its a half-quarter as in half-of-a-quarter, or an eighth. An ounce here is $200. But samandwendy is right, thats why we (or at least I) grow, to avoid paying :D /pass :ccc:

So what is the final conclusion? pH out of whack? I noticed this happened to my clone, but none of the other ones I started from seed. This hasnt happened to any other plant. Ive got a 430w HPS on them.

Picked up some water today, since it was on sale. 20.8 cents / litre. Not bad!

Electronics update: Added a more accurate temp sensor. Also used a water bottle lid to shield the sensor from direct light (since the case is black this could skew the reading a bit). Enjoy! EDIT heh looks like I caught the temp changing from 27.25 to 27.15 degrees, theres a bit of a shadow
