Growing in hydroton for last 3 years with 1 or 2 issues. I do keep the pH and ppm in range and use advance nutrients G M B that manages both. Maybe just a bad spell. Thanks for the input always.

I keep seeing that you are changing bulbs with the different settings on your 1000 watt adjustable. You do not need to change the bulb, leave the 1000 in and the ballast switch will regulate the light wattage!!!

Hey J-man, they are only damaging the buds and I see no signs of any other pest , only on the buds:( I did look them up online and they DO NOT look the same as they show. No real similar character features. It is actually drying the bud out prematurely. Wierd

I definitly think light is part of the problem. 400 for flowering, I would think, has to be a minimum to get the job done. I did get a new 600 watt MH for growing and use a 1000 HPS for flower and think I need another 1000. cant hurt anyway:)
