Before flowering, I had checked the pistils and I saw white hairs comming out as oppossed to little sacks... You can only tell the sex of a plant when the flowering starts????

I have about 4 feet from top of plant to top of ceiling. About 2 feet from top of light to top of ceiling. My light is on a drum stand so I will make the correct adjustments as the plant grows in height. In a nutshell, just cut back light to 12/12 and how long will it take before the buds grow...

This is my first grow and I am still pretty new to the whole aspect. I have 2 female plants both about 3 1/2 - 4 feet tall. I noticed that the top of one plant has about 6 white hairs commimg out of it (see pic). Does this mean the plants are starting to bud? Should I cut the lighting time back...

and whats the best way to flower these babies to get some nice buds???

Not really, I just water until I think it is good enough (basically when the soil is pretty damp), Whats the weight method??? How do I start the flowering process????

This plant sits in my basement and I dont have any kind of exhaust fan on it. The temp down there is always a consistant 65-75 degrees. I water it probably once every 3 days (during the light cycle) I decided to ditch the box and just let it open grow. Is that an ok idea??? This is my first time...
