my plants, mids of some nature, are growing decently sized and have been on 12/12 light for a while now and are still just puttin up branches, any idea on how long its going to keep growing for? doesnt 12/12 normally prmote flowering?

i recently started 4 plants, all sprouted fine, light within two inches, stems grew insanely quick. as i raised the light slowly, the stem continued to rise up to the light within a day... anyway to possibly help beef up the main stems? they are currently tied up but will soon need more to help...

iight, ive grown 4 plants, none that have made it over 5 inches, has anyone actually bought seeds, is this legal, what are the chances of getting caught, best way to start growing small.... i have a million and one questions....
