what fertilizers should i use for the differant stages of growth. ive just sowed some seeds in jiffy bags and i bought tomato fertilizer 18 21 18. i was told to get 20 20 20 but thats the nearest i could find. would that be ok and what others should i use at the different stages

i just got some seeds and this is my first time growing. i went looking for a 400w hps unit but the cheapest i could find is $280 and i cant afford that so i bought a philips 120w agro-lite its a indoor plant light. does anyone know will that work.

im only starting and im wondering what do i do with the male plants, can you smoke any of it, after i take them away from the female do i trow them away or keep growing them.
