Are you using this with penetrator? I use reverse as a preventitive and can not complain at all, I don't get hermies, just males and females that clearly define themselves.

Your hermie may be a male to female hermie, meaning that it has a lot more male genes then female at which point reverse will not help. IMO, reverse works to stop intersexing plants from becoming hermies, it makes then go either male or female, but this is just my limited experience with it.

You also have to use penetrator or some other good wetting agent so the reverse gets absorbed efficiently
