Cool tubes anyone?

anyone running a cool tube? does it really keep all the heat from the plants?

IMO it's all a matter of how much air and the temp of the air you're running through it. Theoretically, if you run enough air through it, it should be as cool as the air temp

all hids should be vented to keep the heat down.i use a standard reflector,vented thru a carbon filter.the reflector is cool enough to lay your hand on it,with very little warmth to be felt.
