my seeds sproutedand theyve been planted in some real good compost. Whats my next step? what is the next crucial stage? i know i have to wait a couple weeks to see if they take, but just so i know ahead of time.

The next step is to RELAX! Make sure they get enough water, then wait for them to flower, so you can pull the males if needed - do you want seeds?

no i dont want seeds, i just want free, decent bud for myself. what light schedule should follow untill they spring up?

I like to veg with 24 hours light and flowering cut light to 12 off and 12 on. Not to be rude but read the information from the link below, it will inform you of everything you need to know.
