growing 6 clones need some help

hey I am growing 6 clones called "the dutches". I got them from a friend for 5$ each anyways. These plants are wilting a little bit I was wondering what are the steps I can take to try and figure out the problem. I got them a week ago and since that they are under a 400 watt hps system 20 hours a day. The one pictured is about 11 inches. They are green enough and I am using something called schultz plant food 10-15-10. Do you think maybe it is just becuase I transplanted them. They should perk up right? Thanks for your help guys.

Some wilting after transplanting is normal.
To lessen the impact in future transplantings, water before & after with water and a bit of horticultural vitamin B-1.
