White widows are at 8 weeks now top colas are ready, but lower colas still need to mature can I cut the ripe colas now and let the lower and smaller colas keep growing?

Yes you can. I do it sometimes but usually I want to make room for a new plant.

usually my colas finish first....they get more nutes and develop faster.

its normal to chop the cola to let the rest finish....
