Seems like Anti-prohibition propaganda. Pretty cool, Gave me a laugh.

"This certificate is redeemable for one marijuana cigarette upon repeal of the present prohibition"

Is this actually from 1976?

It comes from my father.
he told me he was buying it as a teenager in 1976.
if the U.S. legalizes marijuana I could exchange the certificate against marijuana.
I collect, but whether its the beg value for collectors.
if it's a collector's item or if many who have been sold.
