Fibromyalgia, pain, stress and nausea. I also started eating off a dessert plate. No stacking and no seconds. If I am still hungry afterwards I drink water. I was 450 but I am down to 260 so still a fatty just not a hippo anymore.

Good for you. Not the fibro but the weight loss. Fibro sucks. My wife has that.
