Medical Marijuana vs. Hash use

Hey ya all, I'm a med-user with a variety of ailments, I've found a few strains that are really useful for me. I recently bought some ice-extraction bags for hash. I make it from my trim. When I smoke the hash I don't get the same medical benefits that I get from vaping the weed. I get really buzzed from the hash (aw shucks :hubba: )...but I still notice the aches and pains. Any ideas on why that would be??? Thanx
