Please know what was depicted in this video clip does not reflect the values of the other 750 sworn deputies of this Sheriff’s Office. I make this statement knowing that it was a fellow King County deputy who brought this matter to the attention of a supervisor. That supervisor took immediate action and the process was initiated for a criminal investigation within 24 hours of the incident. The very next day the deputy was relieved from duty.
The case is now in the hands of the King County Prosecutor’s Office. I am hopeful this matter will be concluded in a just and timely manner.

Well shucks Sue, everyone in the rest of the country would have been arrested, cuffed, put in the back of a cop car and taken right to jail until their prelim. every time i hear " administrative leave with pay " it makes me want to puke.
if i whack somebody on the job with a big piece of copper wire (and it HURTS)
i dont get paid to wait around for an investigation, arreignment, etc.
i can gar-UN-tee that sorry S.O.B. will meet a Bubba who loves his little sister very much while in the slammer. If he goes deeper in than the county..

The girl in question, unnamed because she's a minor, was arrested while riding as a passenger in her parents' car. The car had been reported stolen.
She was a passenger in her own parents car that they reported stolen because then were unaware that their own daughter helped take it for a joy ride. Ohhhhhhhh, big city crime here! Forget the freakin murderers and rapists, we gotta git that little joy riding girl !
The video shows the fat pigs Schene and Brunner as they escorted the girl into the holding cell. Obese porker Schene had commanded the little 15 year old girl to remove her basketball shoes, and, as she slipped out of her left shoe, she appeared to use her foot to toss it in the direction of the squealing bacon backed Schene.
Snorting, squealing pig Schene then lunged through the door and kicked her, striking either her stomach or upper thigh area, court documents say.
He pushed her against a corner wall before flinging her to the floor by her hair.
Let's see, wildly attacking while blindly kicking the child in the belly and then using his 195 pounds to slam her into a corner against the hard, damaging wall and THEN grabbing her hair and while almost ripping it from her scalp, dragged her onto the floor while his fellow oinker pinned her arms so that she would hit the floor with her face. Yeah, I have the picture.
He then squatted down on her and made "two overhead strikes," although it's unclear where the blows landed.
Let's take a short look at that pathetic excuse; I paused the recording, just like the pigs could have and you know they did. While his fist was upraised into the air just above the position of her head, I can see her feet, then her legs, her rump, her lower back, and using that information to relate to her upper body size that I just saw a second ago, I can tell that her head is just under where his tightly balled up, hard and knotted fist is raised and then rapidly propelled using his entire body weight to increase it's impact, right into the spot where her head HAS TO BE.
"UNCLEAR WHERE THE BLOWS LANDED". Are you friggin kidding me? Ask the idiots seeing eye dog where it thinks the blows landed, because the idiot who wrote that excuse HAS to be blind.
The detective who reviewed the video said it appeared Schene and Brunner had the girl under control when Schene struck her.

Schene, who is 6 feet 2 and weighs 195 pounds, did not explain his action to investigators, court documents say.
Yeah, no doubt. He couldn't think of a lie that would cover it.
He and the girl exchanged words. Brunner said she was "real lippy" after being informed she was under arrest and called them "fat pigs."
So she called an apple an apple! Big deal! She called a fat, stupid, ignorant bully of a pig, "a fat pig". She was being nice. She could have mentioned the different species of his parents and his total lack of balls.
Schene has been criminally charged and he faces a maximum of a year in prison for assaulting a prisoner -- a little teenage girl who probably never struck anyone in her entire life -- who was under his power as an oinking officer of the law.
Can you imagine that the charges and potential penalty would be so lenient if a random Seattle resident had locked Schene in a room and given the deputy a beating?
Can you imagine the joy that would be felt in the hearts of millions if someone actually did pick his azz up off the street, deliver a beating to him on film and then put that film on Utube? I'd pay money for a copy. You'd think with the millions of gang members in this country, someone would think of it and give it a go. Drive by, snatch his punk azz into a van and take him to a nice, secluded cabin, deep in the woods. If that had been my daughter, God himself wouldn't keep that scenario from happening.
Bacon wrapped pig Schene also has been involved in two shootings, including a 2007 incident involving Pedro Jo who died after being shot 11 times.

They need to lock this punk into a cell for the rest of his life in the middle of the area reserved for only the hardest of the hard cases in the meanest prison in the USA.
