should i plant it in the ground now? its really hot here in mendocino

I was wonderin if i should plant this in the ground yet since its so hot already.
any suggestions?

i see flowering starting on that top leaf there i would not put it outside but let it get outside 12 hours a day then bring it in and water it and 12 hours inside with fan blowing on it in a dark place about 70-85 degrees

I don't know where you see flowers forming... That looks like plain old new growth...

I would go ahead and throw them in the ground. Just make sure you don't let them dry out if it's that hot. They should be able to withstand the temps as long as the roots stay cool.
