split lighting

hey all
was wondering what to expect with running an 18 hour light schedule, with 8 hours of it under cfls (@100 watts and 5800 lumens per sq ft.) and then 10 hours of direct natural sunlight

No problems. I do the same myself, often. Like right now I am bringing my clones along using 7k lumens/ft of mixed spectrum for 12 hours and natural winter sun for another 6 hours. They like it.
