Oh, my GAWD, i'd kill for one of those Double Doubles... and Roberto's Carney Asada Burrito's.. . Used to live in San Diego and moved to Wasington state many many years ago and i really miss the food. Peeps here seem to live on white bread with mayo and balony and starbucks around the clock.

Hey DJ, any good Thai restaurant should have it in the dessert section of their menu. It is best in season and not all M&SR are created equally. You will have to try more than one restaurant to find a really good one, most likely. That being said I will suggest an internet search for the recipe only because their are as many slight variations as there are restaurants I have made it at home and it is fairly easy but, again, you might have to try a couple before finding 'the one'.

Don't worry, it is well worth the effort. Just remember that I think half the beauty of this dish is the contrast between the ice cold mango, sizzling hot rice and warm coconut sauce between
