ok i have done some research and feel confident in installing a new breaker just for my lights and fans. i will be using 2-400 watt ballasts, several computer fans, some cfl's, 1- 465 cage fan, and some air pumps. whats a good size amp fuse to use? what size romex? what do you think it will cost? thanks Loola

For everything you have listed I would use 2-20 amp breakers with 12-2 with a ground wire. 1 breaker for lights and 1 breaker for everything else.
Breakers $10 to $15 each ($25 if you use GFCI breaker I do)
Wire $ 60 to $100 according to length
outlets $10 counting box($20 GFCI outlet I use both)
Misc(tape,wire staples ect)$10

hope this helps give you a price range
