when will it bud??

Its already growing started a month ago when will he buds come in?? on the 10/10 cycle need help!!!

well if your plants are only a month old you have a while tell you get bud and also you have them on 10/10 i have never heard of 10 hours of light and 10 hours of dark. you need to have it on 24/0 or 18/6 in vegie and when they are 8 weeks old you put them on 12/12
