Obama adminstration has said that the option of legallizing marijuana to thwart Mexican drug cartels is "not on the table." Instead, will put more money into drug rehab programs to curb drug epidemic.

When will the govt realize you cant fix everything by throwing money at it?

I think a better term other than epidemic is public awareness. The governemt is kind of stuck. Either legalize it and tax it and say " oh yeah sorry about the lies but you can do it now". Or they tell more lies and add data like the rehab rate for mj ( a stat based on the amount of court appointed rehab time) to their arsenal. Its time they started running our countries instead of runing themselves. Viva La 4-20!
