have 2 white widows in grow room at 70 % hum 2 lights 600 apiece in soil using fox farm trio . 5 weeks veg and 9 weeks in flower looks good but no amber yet

Watch that humidity. It is pretty high. When I grow in the Summer I often get bud rot from the humidity.

That RH is definitely high. I hope you at least have some powerful air movement in there, that will help in staving off bud rot and PM is more likely to take off and thrive in an environment like that too. You really should try to bring that down if ya can. Good luck!
