It would be helpful if you described your grow situation. Lights, soil or hydro, etc. Is there anything on the underside of the leaves? The pic looks like mottled chlorosis. Could be manganese deficiency?

also, you can put a strip of copper around the plant, or a copper-containing compound like copper sulfate, the slugs wont cross over it.

Plant pathogenic nematodes are too small to see unless you have a microscope. But what you have may larvae of something else, are they maturing into anything else or are there other bugs around? Id keep an eye on it or use some diatomaceous earth to get rid of em.

Ive never seen your 'sweetgod' strain, but if it has a good amount of side growth like normal mj plants, thats a really small space for 20 plants and I wouldnt top them. I have seen some strains that just grow straight up with NO side growth tho. If this sounds like yours, im sure you could top...

Do they bounce back if you water them? If so, its probably too hot/dry for them. You could try either making it more humid in your grow area or less hot. Or both would be good.

I think it leads to algae growth as well, which is no good. Wrap some black construction paper around them, it should be fine.
