The first set of leaves fall off, this is perfectly natural...however that plant looks way too young to be flowering already...it should be at least a foot tall first, and much bushier.

What kind of stress? too much fertilizer? nutes? watering issue? The other strains in my grow, (Whiteberry, Power Skunk, Himalaya Gold, Blue Cheese) don't have twisted leaves, but their bottom leaves got yellow a few weeks ago, (pushing nutes too hard).

They get really tall, and grow like weeds...I'd put a fan on the seedlings if I were you because they have thin stems and will fall over easy if they don't grow strong. The leaves aren't that big and are spaced well. Mine just went into flowering...
