I'd be concerned about condensation within the tubing/light pipe. Basically, w really cold air meets really hot air... you got yourself a weather storm w any moisture that is present in the air... it will condense, which may be an issue if the bulb gets wet while fully fired up. Peace.

As stated before, it depends, but on something that is flipped at 5-7" (true single stalked/SOG-style)... you can expect to yield 7-20g... and that will depend on the vast number of factors as alluded to before. But to narrow it down a little for you... peace.

Check out those stretch wrap rolls you can get at WMart, or most packaging places... It rolls real nice to make a solid, air-tight wrap. Packaging tape to close off the ends. Great stuff, no matter how you're running the fans... Peace!

Just a thought air pressures & leaks throughout the line... When you tie a fan into a duct line, everything before the fan is under negative air pressure. The fan is sucking the air in which causes a lower air pressure within the ducting. On the other side of the fan, air is being forced out...

Actually saw one of these in a local shop... set-up, not running w anything. Seemed like it could work, but saw some issues w it... like cleaning, the poles weren't anchored very strongly (wiggled), & some other functional issues + plant numbers. Would imagine that could get it running & then...

I could be way off base here, but the pics make the leaves look mine w they are older & tired, towards the middle of flushing. I'd say they are hungry, though perhaps high ppm or wacky pH in medium could be responsible...? The soft curling downward of the whole fan leaves indicate a P issue...

Try for a slow dry of 7-9 days before the stems can snap, then jar. You will get the "green" out of them & allow for them to smoke a little smoother. How long do you flush? Would drop the final phase as it does nothing but give a slight aftertaste. If I don't flush a minimum of 10 days...

Dunno, but would think that if you wanted to increase the air exchange, adding another fan as an exhaust would be more effective than using it as an intake/push. The only thing would be to increase the size of the intake, or numbers thereof. Does that make sense? Seems like the fan will work...
